据河南省教育厅基础教育二处相关负责人介绍，河南中考招生制度改革一直走在前列，早在2005年就已全面实施“两考合一”，目前实施效果良好;录取计分科目改革逐步探索进行。另外，为促进义务教育均衡发展，河南实行了优质普通高中学校招生名额合理分配到区域内初中的办法。目前，河南各地分配生比例普遍高于当年普通高中招生计划的50%。

未来，河南中考招生改革方向是什么?

该负责人介绍，根据教育部《中考招生改革指导意见》，河南将对中考计分项目进一步改革，积极探索基于学业水平考试成绩结合综合素质评价的录取模式。

按照全科纳入的原则，把《义务教育课程设置实验方案》所设定的全部科目纳入学业水平考试的范围。合理确定全省统一考试科目和地市组织实施的考试科目数量。从省统考科目中选择部分科目作为中招录取计分科目，在国家规定的语、数、外、体育必考科目的基础上，文理兼顾，合理确定我省选考科目的构成，初步考虑可能会是“4+3”的计分模式，具体办法须等省教育厅研讨后最终确定。

在综合素质评价方面，参照高中学生综合素质评价办法，将思想品德、学业水平、身心健康、艺术素养和社会实践五方面纳入评价内容，建立全省初中学生综合素质评价平台。

另外，启动普通高中自主招生试点工作，推动普通高中多样化特色化发展;试办一批综合性高中;适当推迟首次普职分流时限，给学生发展提供更多选择空间，进一步推动高中阶段教育普及。

新方案什么时候开始实施呢?该负责人透露，此次中考招生改革试点将从2017年之后入学的初中一年级学生开始实施。河南将在充分调研的基础上，根据改革指导意见的原则，确定符合河南省情的实施细则。
