本学期初一英语备课组延续上个学期继续开展工作。各班学生的英语学习程度参差不齐,有些基础很好,有些基础很差,每个班有10-15人左右是一点英语都不懂的,教学工作较难开展。初一英语备课组的老师们按照学校整体工作安排,结合英语科组本学期工作计划和年级组本学期工作安排,积极合作, 尽管工作起来特别的辛苦, 但我们全体老师都非常团结合作,真正千辛万苦地把事情做完了,按时按质按量完成了学期教学工作任务。主要完成以下工作及活动。
第一,我们首先统一制定完了教学计划,统一了教学内容与进度,全年级资源共享。教学进度按每周一个话题, 每一周小测验,两至三周一次大测验。
第二,每周三下午按时参加小组集体备课,一起发挥集体智慧,集体讨论下单元的教学内容及重点和难点。在汇集大家共同思想的基础上,有一位教师总结中心发言,真正实现资源共享。
第三,平时认真完成每一堂课,积极辅导学生,指导学生学习、复习及完成作业,及时批改和讲评作业以及存在共性问题,积极组织学生参加学校各类考试。

1:词汇量太小。
