五年制高职又称五年制大专，涵盖三年中职教育和两年高职教育两个学习阶段，招收应届初中毕业生，旨在培养应用型高技能人才。英语作为高职教育中一门基础必修课，着重对学生进行英语基本技能训练，培养学生使用英语进行人际沟通的能力。笔者结合着本校的五年制高职英语教学，着重对目前五年制高职英语教学中的现状和教学改革提出一些自己的看法。

1 五年制高职英语教学现状

1.1 五年制高职学生自身的特殊性

五年制高职学生都是初中毕业，年龄小，学习动力不足，学习能力不强，没有养成良好的学习习惯，学习方法不科学。英语基础薄弱，词汇量少，语音语法知识缺乏，语言应用能力差，对英语学习缺乏兴趣。

1.2 五年制高职英语教材不合适

目前公开出版的中职、高职的教材虽然很多，但真正适合五年制高职英语教学的很少。最近几年来，五年制的英语课也尝试使用了不同的新教材，如《新视野》、《21世纪》、《中职英语》等，但教师们普遍感觉这些教材或者难度偏大，一些教学内容与学生的职业需要关联不大，不具有实用性和职业性，因而也无法激发学生持久的学习动力。

1.3 五年制高职英语教学模式陈旧

五年制高职英语常见的教学模式还是先教单词，然后逐句逐段的翻译，讲语法……这种传统的教学模式，学生都是在被动接受，他们根本没有参与到课堂中来，这样的教学模式很难吸引学生，效率自然不高。

1.4 五年制高职英语考核评价方式不科学

长期以来，五年制高职英语考试就是一张试卷，听力、词汇、阅读、写作等。一方面没有考虑到五年制高职学生的特殊性；另一方面也忽视了对学生综合素质、应用能力等方面的评价。

2 五年制高职英语教学改革设想

2.1 编写适合五年制高职英语教学需要的教材

新教材应符合五年制学生英语基础的实际情况，简单实用，能够提高学生的英语应用能力。着重应该注意以下几个方面。

（1）考虑到五年制学生的基础，应当在难度和词汇量方面都要降低，教学内容多选取一些简答句型，不要过分复杂。

（2）考虑到五年制学生的年龄，应当选取与学生日常生活紧密联系的一些内容作为教材的载体，方便课堂教学，也方便其理解。

（3）应该考虑职业教育的特色，紧密联系实际性和实用性，结合就业实际需要，能够方便进行场景化教学。

（4）应贯彻任务教学法，设置不同的典型任务，编排多种多样的技能训练和学生活动，方便教师进行教学设计和课堂组织。

（5）加强模块化教学方式，把听说读写四个基本模块融入到各种技能训练中，注重各个模块之间的相互联系。

五年制高职英语应该是实用的英语，是基础的、简单的、适应学生学习能力的、有职业特色的英语，体现“为用而学、学而有用、在用中学、学以致用”特点。

2.2 开拓新型的教学模式和教学方法

教师应积极提高自己的教学能力和管理能力，多利用“场景教学法”和“任务教学法”，努力建立以学生为中心的课堂教学模式，提高学生的学习积极性。

（1）趣味性教学。

五年制的学生，虽然他们的英语基础普遍薄弱，但是他们思维活跃，对当下流行的元素很感兴趣，喜欢在课堂上发表自己的观点和看法。可以根据他们这一特点，可以在课堂设计上加入一些他们感兴趣的话题，引导其畅所欲言。

（2）学唱英文歌曲教学。

五年制的学生大多思想活跃，爱好新潮事物，熟悉网络世界，对于当下流行的西方歌曲也充满了兴趣，教师可以在听力课堂时间教唱一些英文流行歌曲，这样做也可以激发学生的学习热情，在歌曲的学唱过程中，学生也逐渐掌握了正的英语语音、语调、单词、句型和西方文化，达到“做中学”的效果。

（3）场景化教学。

在讲授一些故事性较强的课文内容时，教师可以采用学生表演的方式进行教学，即在讲解一遍课文内容之后，学生自由分组，每组中每人饰演一个角色，教师给出时间让学生准备，然后一组一组轮流上台表演，在故事背景变的情况下允许他们自由发挥，由台下学生作为评委对各组进行打分。

教师的教学设计与实施要做到有学生、有目标、有设计、有学习过程、有交流互动、有逻辑、有效果。教学中始终考虑学生的特点、需要和兴趣。

2.3 建立多元化评价体系

试卷上的分数不能直接作为学生的单一评价方式，应当采用适合于五年制高职综合英语教学特殊性的评价对策，即建立以形成性评价为主的多元化外语教学评价体系。对学生英语学习的评价应采用形成性评价和终结性评价等多种方式，既关注结果，又关注过程。形成性评价是对学生学习过程的评价，终结性评价是对学生学习结果的评价。

（1）教师评价。

给每位学生建立一份档案，记录其考勤情况、上课表现等，为学期评价做好记录。通过课堂中的真实环境模拟表演评定学生的综合语言素质和能力；通过课堂中生活场景模拟表演中考核学生口语能力；通过课堂中职场场景模拟中考核学生的写作能力，例如：英文求职信、英文简历等，通过以上各种方式对学生进行综合评价。同时，可以增加英语特长评价，对于在英语各类竞赛中参与和获奖的学生给予一定的加→www.huabuqi.com←分，例如：英语演讲比赛、英文歌曲比赛等等，为学生提供一些展现自己的平台。

（2）学生自评及互评。

在学生学习评价中我们可以在学生自我评价的基础上，充分调动其他学生共同评价，让同学之间互相学习、取长补短，把评价的主动权交给学生，让学生之间互评比较会比教师直接评价结果的效果更理想。一方面由于同学间平等的地位，使得评议的结果较易被评议者接受；另一方面学生给他人做出评判时，正是自己对知识点做出的全面认识，学生在互评过程中能够取长补短，互促共进。

对学生的考核评价要有益于树立和巩固学生的自信心，促进他们的个性发展，培养他们的学习能力并形成继续进步的动力。

3 结语

要提高五年制高职英语课堂的课堂效率、改善教学效果，使得学生更好的参与到课堂中，就必须改变目前的现状，在发现问题和解决问题的过程中不断推进，同时使我们的教学质量不断提高。
