本人是卢湾区，打浦街道，徐一居委的一名残疾病人。由于是是低保家庭，生活上举步为艰。不得以，来信求助你们有关部门。虽然我在这次生病期间，同样得到居委的帮助与关心，但是我非常的感谢徐一居委里的所有工作人员。

我是一个多病的人，由于在20xx年，没有经济来源，看病的医药费又非常昂贵，导致我的右眼因并发症而失明。经上海市劳动局的检查，得出的结果是——完全丧失劳动能力，后又经卢湾区残疾检查，结果是一样的——二级残废。
