A few days ago, when I took my daughter out to play, I saw the poster of Hoh Xil at the door of a video store. I was attracted by the strange font and the deep and mysterious color of tan, so I downloaded the film online.

The Hoh Xil Mountain Patrol Team is a team recruited by the local government to protect the rare species-Tibetan antelope and deal with the increasingly rampant poaching activities. Gayu, a reporter from a newspaper in Beijing, learned that Japan and Thailand wanted to set up Hoh Xil Nature Reserve and came to interview this team. There is a thread that weaves its way through the landscape of life connecting, influencing, and defining all. This movie is certainly thought-provoking, one cannot watch it without feeling either privileged to have become part of the fabric, or like a fly on the wall - seeing, yet unable to influence or guide.

There is almost a sense of frustration at ones inability to be no more than an observer in this movie since it compels you to want to shout in warning, gasp in shock, cry in sorrow, and hold in comfort. "Crash" is definitely not a movie to use as a venue to escape life for a couple of hours, but it is a movie that certainly makes you take a second and third look at who you are within yourself. The actors are surprising not only for their depth of performance, but also because they do not play characters you think you know.

I would highly recommend this movie to anyone who likes drama, action, comedic relief, or just an appreciation for a well-thought out movie.

这部电影主要讲一个小村庄里有一位美丽善良的姑娘贝儿，她的父亲不小心闯入一只凶狠野兽的领地，被野兽囚禁在魔幻城堡的顶端，贝儿为了救出父亲，就答应了野兽的要求，和父亲交换，把自己作为人质留在城堡里。在和野兽相处的日子里，虽然野兽的脾气非常暴躁，但是贝儿一心一意地帮助他，还教野兽怎样和别人相处，怎样去爱护别人。渐渐的，野兽在贝儿的感化下，变得通情达理，最终变成了一位英俊潇洒的王子。城堡里一切都恢复了原来的样子，从此王子和贝儿过上了幸福美满的生活。主人公贝儿不仅外表美丽，她还是一位有孝心、有爱心的可爱女孩，她为了解救父亲而答应野兽把自己囚禁在城堡里，体现了她对父亲的爱，她的这些美好品质令王子懂得了宽容爱护他人，从而由丑陋的野兽变回英俊的王子。

学生们兴奋而安静地看完了视频，有想要交流的意思，正好是第二节的大课间，我就让组长和班长，课代表一个一个都做了发言。他们讲得都很好！有人说，自己要咬牙坚持，克服一切困难；有人说，要有个明确的目标，朝着目标努力前进；也有人说，要有一个好的教师，由好老师带领教育我们好好进步；有人说，要有一个好的教练，时刻给自己鼓励！……

总结起来，我谈了以下两点：一、自己本人要有目标，要坚持努力，要永不放弃，才能做到最好！二、还要有一个好的教练，好的朋友。所以请同学们多结交一些能给你带来正能量的好朋友，他们能陪伴你一生，你们能互相鼓励，互相帮助，共同进步！这两点都很重要，其中最重要的是第一点，自己才是最重要的！当然，在关键的时候有一个能推你一把，拉你一把的人，一定是你要感谢的人！

Hotel Rwanda ---- a story of an African Schinderler

Hotel Rwanda is a film about a man. It was based on a real story of a man who saved 1268 people’s lives in a madness genocidal, which happened in Rwanda, 1994. The film was directed by Terry George, 2004. The main actor Don Cheadle is not handsome but just an ordinary man. You probably will even not recognize him when you happen to meet him on the street. He acted a hero based on a true story, a man who was as simple as he is, Paul Rusesabagina. Paul is a hero, a real man, while a hero and a real man doesn’t always need to be handsome or attractive in the appearance. There are two nations in Rwanda, hutu and tutsi. Paul is a hutu manager working for a 4 stars hotel on town. The hutu army planed a genocidal to clear out all the tutsi people in ruwanda. The tutsi people were suffering a madness blood bath. Over 800,000 people had been killed within 100 days. Paul has a tutsi wife, in order to protect his wife, children and other tutsis; he took them to hide in the hotel Rwanda. There are many white people from all over the world lived in this hotel so the hotel is the safest place in Rwanda to hide. There are 80 UN soldiers in Rwanda but only 4 guarded in the hotel and all of them are not allowed to shot. If we say that Paul just wanted to save his wife at the beginning, after recognized that there is no one would come to help the tutsis, Paul throw himself into the breach. He bribed the hutu general by wine and gold, used out every coin of his to purchase the refugees’ lives, ten, a hundred, 2 hundreds, 3 hundreds… more and more tutsi refugees flee to the hotel wishing to survive. To them, Paul is an angel who keeps a hope for those hopeless people in the calamity. His goodness his mercy is the key to be alive.

The hotel Rwanda is a dramatically and war film, ingeniously, there was almost no lens for slaughtering; however, the threatener of death was full filling with the whole movie. One of the tutsi asked Paul,

“Why they are so truculence?”

“ Hatred? Insanity? … I don’t know.”

The event is a humanitarianism disaster and Paul needs no reason to save the lives. When the world closed its eyes, he opened his arms. Facing a madness calamity and crazy crowds, the individual’s power is far from enough. However, Paul saved more than 1000 people’s lives. Paul Rusesabagina is a hero, a real man, an African Schinderler.

Despicable Me 2 is a brilliant film with a great storyline and an impressive voice cast.I definitely wouldnt say it was better than the first Despicable Me,the first one was a lot more heartwarming,but it still is a very good sequel and has everything you want in a family film,humor for both young and older audiences.However,the story of the movie feels very scattered and throughout I felt like they were trying to fit too much in one hour and a half. I still enjoyed it nevertheless!

All of us must allocate 24 hours a day to our work and personal life. Work and family don’t “balance” automatically.

Andy got her new job in Runway fashion magazine. And her personal life was begun to be hanged by a thread because of her busy work. Her boss Miranda was famous for being

unpredictable and perfectionist. Andy was Miranda’s second assistant. She must complete nearly impossible tasks with constant trepidation of Miranda’s wrath and be Miranda’s beck and call 24/7. Andy worked hard and got promotion then. But in order to complete her work, she neglected her lover, her friends and her families. She almost lost her boyfriend Nate. Luckily, she found that friends and families are more important than my job before everything was too late to retrieve. So, she quitted the job restart with families and friends’ support. I think Andy did right choice at last, because families and friends are more important than work.

Though we try to balance work and family, we have to admit that imbalance is sometimes inevitable. We can balance the two by arranging our time reasonably and working effectively. Also, we should talk to our families and friends often, trying for their understanding and support. Finally, we need to realize that we work hard for better lives. But without families and friends, we won’t be happy anymore, and nobody can share our success.

刚刚看完一部励志电影《永不放弃》。宫本二也主演，仓泽英雄，一个从小就失去爸爸的残疾少年。

取名为英雄，那是因为他作为婴儿的时候，大脑受到损伤，但他仍捡回一条命，而被他妈妈取名为“英雄”。英雄拥有了人生最大的财富——生命，却成了残疾人。早期大脑的损伤，导致他运动出现了障碍，语言也有缺陷。（励志名言）因此，出现在屏幕上的他，走路便是一拐一拐的，说起话来，嘴巴都歪到一边去了。另一只手一直如印度舞蹈手势般五指张开搁在后边。对于仓泽英雄来说，他跟常人一样的仅是一只手，一只脚。

在他22岁，将要从商业专科学校毕业那会，他找到了自己人生的第一份工作——亮晶晶牌净水器的上门推销员。仓泽英雄在第一次面试的时候，因为他的长相，他残疾的身体和他那一说话就歪到一边去的嘴巴而被轰了出来。在妈妈的鼓励下，他推门而进，向老板力荐自己。后来，老板答应给他试用期，却给他划了一个正常人都推销不了商品的区域，明摆着让他知难而退。然而，上天眷恋仓则英雄，巧合下，推销出了两个净水器。

正在仓泽英雄对自己的工作开始有了自信的时候，老板却解散。
