《应用文写作》这门课程最难学，也最有用处。我们的日常学习、工作、生活都离不开应用文。开会要发通知，联系工作要开介绍信，互相协作要签合同，读书学习要做笔记，感情交流要写书信，生活起居要写计划，可以说应用文就是生活，生活就是应用文。
在半年的《应用文写作》学习中，我们练习过计划和总结、海报，还有一些通知、通报、报告、请示、批复、函、欠条、借条等课堂练习训练，最重要的是老师还给我们讲了论文和合同一些注意事项和规范格式，让我们近距离的接触一些合同纠纷案例，并谈谈了自己对合同纠纷案例的看法，说出合同的不足之处，进一步理解和记忆合同的七个必要内容。同时也让我们对应用文有了一个深入的认识。
学习了应用文之后我想谈谈三点看法和感想：
一、首先，我觉得应用文写作是一门实用性特别强的专业写作课程，它能使我们的实际写作水平得到一定程度的提高，在今后工作当中能解决商务活动中的实际问题。
二、其次，应用文不能用修辞手法，不能附带感情色彩的写应用文，我们很多人包括我自己，都喜欢文辞华美、词藻丰富的文学作品，因为这些作品往往能给我们带来极大的艺术享受和精神愉悦，但应用文写作不同于文学作品，中华词藻丰富多义，容易表达不清，引起歧义，造成纠纷，因此它的文风相对来说就要朴实无华一些，基本上很少在词句上粉饰雕琢，一定要避免这种“多义性”，意义一定要明确。另外应用文写作应该追求一个“实”字，应用文不是供人们把玩鉴赏的艺术品，它和人们的社会生活结合得非常紧密，它是一种应用文体，是为了实际工作、实际生活而形成文字的东西，是传递交流信息、商洽处理问题的一种工具。因此，应用文写作时一定要避免那种不合适的文风。切记洗尽铅华，其实天然雕饰也是一种好的文风。
同时应用文写出来不应该给人一种干巴巴、读来索然无味的感觉，既然文章总是要让人来读的，包括应用文也是要有相关的人员去阅读，那么不可避免就要考虑人的阅读心理，要有某种礼仪性，让人愿意读下来，让人赏心悦目。
三、最后，我觉得应用文写作是“死板”而不乏“灵活”的写作。它虽然有一定的格式和要求，不比得文学创作，个人可以有较大的发挥空间，但是我们学应用文也不能死记硬背、生搬硬套。像做填空题那样写出来的应用文，毫无感情可言。应用文虽不需要辞藻华丽、韵味隽永，但它讲究一个“实”字，其实它是“看似无情却有情”，不可小觑。
半学期的《应用文写作》课程临近尾声，在这个学习过程中，我受益匪浅，我相信在今后，我会将自己所学到的应用文知识应用到我的日常学习、生活当中来，我将更加努力的学习，开始新的人生征程。
在这个学期，我上了《应用文写作》课程后，有了许多的收获。我们学习了各种应用文写作的写作方法和写作格式。像是报告、请示、计划、总结等一些常用文体的写法。虽然之前自己正在不断地通过各种方式接触过它们，但是当自己下笔来写时，自己便会举得不是要从何下手，自己会变得不知所措了。而通过《应用文写作》这门课程，自己以后再写这样的文体时就不会不知所措了，而是会非常自信完满地将其完成。
通过这个学期应用文写作的学习，我总结出一些学习应用文写作的方法：
1、研读教材。
首先通过通读应用文教材，熟悉应用文的大体内容，使我对每一个章节的设计有了一个总体的把握，特别是教材中的举例和研究行文结构等。
2、查漏补缺。
熟悉以往使用过的文种，对于忽略或根本没想到注意的问题要全面的掌握它。也要针对平时不确定的知识点，弄清它的正确做法，还需要进一步巩固自己知识点。
3、注重记忆。
首先，在学习文种时，注意区分文种之间的差别，正确的选用合适的.文体，理解文种之间的区别，找出区别，这对应用文的写作过程是十分重要的。
4、注重实践。
《应用文写作》是一门应用性很强的基础学科，我在理解的基础上将知识活学活用，注意在平时积累材料。在学习《应用文写作》时，加强写作实践的练习是十分重要的。多读范文，勤练写作，从而提高写作能力。
半学期的应用文写作课程已经全部结束了，在这个过程中，我受益匪浅，我将会在今后，将自己所学到的应用文知识应用到我的日常学习生活中。规范的要求自我，不断的学习。巩固直至完全掌握它。

(1)格式
一般地，如果题目要求是书信体，则基本的书信体结构和格式要能立马出现在脑海中。

(2)结构
书信体的结构采用“三段式”，人人都知道，但是在考试的时候，最容易出现的问题是：写着写着就写不下了，发现答题卡的格子多了或者不够了。这样往往会丢分。这类问题都是没有结构意识，没有提前规划好篇章结构和段落造成的。因此，我们要重视应用文写作中的书信体的“三段式”结构。
我们要尤其注意应用文写作的首尾段，这关乎印象分。很多人知道首尾段重要，认真写了首段(Para. 1)。但是，到尾段(Para. 3)的时候，可能是忘记了题目要求或者是因为时间不够，就直接放上一句：Looking forward to your reply. 这样的写法有时候可能不会扣分，但是不稳妥。那么，如何处理尾段(Para. 3)呢？
在写应用文写作的尾段时，我们时刻牢记：结合题目所考书信体类型，表达愿望或期待。“Looking forward to your reply.”这句话主要是表达了期待，如果碰上建议信，我们可以加上：I hope that my suggestions are useful/helpful/practical/beneficial to you. 这样一来，尾段表达更加完整，与前文的衔接也更紧密，可以帮我们加分。
