一、小升初面试流程及应对技巧

（一）等待老师点名，轮流进门。听老师指令

自我介绍应简洁明了，给考官留下思路清晰、反应快捷、逻辑性强的印象。而且自我介绍时间不宜太长，话不宜太多，最好控制在五分钟之内。另外，在自我介绍时应避免过多地使用“我”，不要每句话一开头就冒出一个“我”字，给考官留下自我标榜、以自我为中心的印象。

（三）可能会要求介绍家人

考官可能让学生介绍一下自己的父母，也可能要求孩子用一个或几个词来形容父母，并给出解释。在回答关于父母的问题时，学生切勿盲目“拼爹”、“拼头衔”。记住了，夸大吹捧不可取，实事求是才是正道。学校注重考察的是父母对孩子的教育成果，而非那些“如雷贯耳的头衔”。小编建议学生可以结合父母职业的不同，简单分析其性格特点；或者通过事例表明父母在自己成长过程中的影响，这可以是生活上的照顾、学习上的帮助、精神上的教育、品德上的言传身教等。每点铺开来说一些，你的回答就不但充满了温情，内容也足够充实了。

1.奥数方面：

(1)你是什么时候开始学奥数的？你觉得怎么才能学好奥数？

(2)拿一张纸，随机折个图形，告诉边长，让孩子求面积或体积，都是口算，考察孩子数学思维的敏捷性和正确性。

2.英语方面：

(1)你能用英语说一段话吗？

如果孩子的英语水平确实够硬，不妨大胆自信地说：好啊！说哪一方面呢？考官的问题其实是可推测的，比如应季的“春天来了”，或者“介绍你的一个老师”，或者“我第一次到××学校来”等。

如果孩子英语不是太好，或者对自己的临场能力不够自信，那么也可以采取较为稳妥的方式——事先准备一段，然后说：我就说××话题吧，然后开始。

(2)要求背诵一段英语课文

课内的或者课外所学的皆可，比如新概念二的课文。这个也是可以事先准备的，建议学生可以选取一些短小精悍，又富含一定的教育意义或哲理的内容。

3.语文方面：

(1)你正在看什么书？是关于什么内容的？

事先准备一篇名著是有必要的，建议学生选一本比较大众化的书籍或一部经典名著，以达到和面试官交流的目的。若是你说的这本书面试官闻所未闻，你就有可能要唱一段“独角戏”了。

(2)想给大家推荐哪本书看，为什么？

学生可以就拿上一个问题的答案来回答，也可另择一个。这个问题的重点在于为何推荐，学生如果有什么别具一格的观点、看法、疑疑惑都可以适时地抛出来，答案没有对错之分。这是一个面试官加深对你了解的好机会。

专家意见：现在很多小升初的家长往往会遇到这样的困惑，对于孩子奥数和星级英语的情况家长能清楚地了解，而对学生语文实力究竟如何却始终不得而知。首先，如今有关语文的杯赛考试不多，也不如数学、英语类的红火；其次，语文学科是三门课中比较特殊的一门，它考察的是学生的综合能力，包括理解力、分析力和表达力等各方面。语文成绩的好坏也不完全是学生综合能力的真实体现，这是因为影响语文成绩的不确定因素有很多，题目的难易程度、思考问题的全面与否、阅卷老师的严谨度等。近年来，小升初面试中的语文部分有这样一个趋势：题目形式越来越多变，题目内涵越来越丰富，题目答案越来越多元化，这就导致学生在复习时完全没有思路，不知从何地方入手。语文学科的特殊性决定了语文是学生最难准备的、短期内提高也很困难的课程，学生越应该在平时多做积累和思考的工作。

4.个人兴趣爱好和性格

(1)喜欢旅游的，可能会被问及去过什么地方？看到什么景致？喜欢南方还是北方？那景观是哪个省的？省会在哪里？如果去过人文景观，还会被问及跟这个地方有关的文人的代表作品(如果是诗歌，可能会要求背一篇)。如果去过中外很多地方，会被问及中外文化的差异。

(2)如果有过球类、乐器类的特长，会被问及：你现在还在踢球(弹钢琴)吗？为什么？你怎么看待你的这种爱好？对你有什么影响？

(3)你在班上的成绩是怎样的？你与比你成绩好的同学相处得好吗？

专家解读：这点实际上考察的是你对待高于自己和低于自己的同学的心态是积极的还是消极的。回答的主旋律应该是谦虚的，当然实事求是最好。重点是在你对他们优秀之处的阐述，必须是品质性的东西，不要琐碎。后面问的是你和他们的相处，其实重点是你和他们相处的时候，你有没有随时随地在学习这些优秀的，但是你自己可能不具备的品质。还有一点要提醒家长，有些学校会同时面试学生和家长，那么在你的孩子回答问题的时候，家长一定不要抢话或对孩子的回答表示不满，家长要尽量看着孩子或考官，保持微笑和平静。

小升初面试礼貌

小升初面试给老师的印象会直接影响到自己进入中学的机会，所以一定要注意面试时的举止细节，从细节中取胜也能吸引老师的眼球，文明、礼貌固然是任何老师都喜欢的，所以下面让我们一起来看看那些需注意的礼貌吧。

1.敲门进入，随手关门;向老师们鞠躬，问“老师们好”；

2.站姿与坐姿要端正;

小升初面试究竟要考察什么？

第一，英语表达能力的考察。主要考察孩子的英文口语表达能力和语言的组织能力，这部分通过会允许学生用汉语回答，但一口流利的英语和标准的发音能为孩子增色不少。

第二，记忆性考察。这种题考察的是学生瞬间记忆的能力。

第三考察的是学生观察能力和发散性思维。
