雅思口语考试是「人人对话」的模式，也就是真人考官一对一向你提问、和你面对面交流，根据你的回答表现给出成绩评判。

考试有三个部分：

Part 1：第一个部分考官会问你一些非常简单的日常学习或生活问题，比如你喜欢什么颜色、描述一下你的生活环境等；

Part 2：第二个部分会让你用 1 分钟的时间准备一个 2 分钟的 presentation，话题会涉及到学习或生活中的人、发生的某件事、去过的一些地方或者某个物品（也就是大家常说的人事地物类话题）；

intern做名词是“实习医生” 或是“实习生”解释。这种实习生一般都是医生或是教师的实习生。

1、对自己好一点

被人讨厌也没关系，毕竟我们不可能被所有人喜欢，要有被讨厌的勇气。学会拒绝自己不想做的事，最重要的是，学会取悦自己，要尊重自己的感受，偶尔也要优先考虑自己的感受。

2、和朋友倾诉

朋友的存在会让我们明白，人间谋生，不管遇到什么事，我们都不是一人，我们也都不孤单。坦诚告诉她们你当前的难过，从他们身上汲取点能量渡过这次难关。

3、投入工作

这世上绝大多数情绪问题，都可以通过忙于工作解决。尤其难过时，会觉日子更是难熬，此时若不给自己找点具体的事去做，是很难立刻调整情绪的。

4、制定目标

治愈难过最有效的办法不是消除难过，而是发现另一件开心的事。每天为自己制定小目标，当满满当当完成一天所有计划，那刻自己会很有成就感。

5、写日记

难过但又无人诉说时，就去写日记，让自己治愈自己。在写日记的过程中，我们能自己分析这次情绪波动是为什么，我们能自我评估这次情绪波动值得吗，我们会慢慢想通很多东西，达到自我和解。

6、运动

在用力奔跑、用力做动作自虐的过程中，也间接将我们对生活、工作或人际的不满发泄出去。以前那口一直没深呼吸到底的那口气，在运动完出完汗后，也能一口气吸到底。

7、洗个热水澡

不管心情多糟糕，洗个热水澡，从头冲到尾，将在外沾染的灰尘清洗掉的同时，好像烦恼也被冲洗掉了。然后好好睡一觉，第二天又是美好的一天。

8、吃顿好的

胃得到满足的那刻，内心也能稍微舒展点，人生也没什么大不了的，还有那么多好吃的东西，还有挺多值得的东西，困难也变得没那么难，这是美食的魅力，也是人生的快乐。

9、早睡早起

生活的变数太多，坚持早睡早起，这份依旧如往昔的生活秩序感，能带给我们重振生活的信心。无论生活怎么样，早睡早起，才能精力充沛去面对一切。

10、发泄情绪

偶尔也要允许自己脆弱，允许自己崩溃大哭一场，允许自己没那么完美，认认真真难过一场，好好发泄一次。发泄完，清空情绪，才能轻装上路，更好往前走。

很多人都是被压力压垮的，这些其实也是自己给自己的压力，人生没有那么多的苦恼，此路不通就换条路，不要闷头往前冲，也不要一个人往前冲，你还有很多关心的你家人朋友。
