Upon graduation, virtually all college students will confront the problem of the career choice，which is truly a tough choice. Students' opinions differ greatly on this issue. As to myself, I prefer the latter view. A higher educational background exerts a tremendous fascination on a great number of people, with no exception to me. This phenomenon that the graduates have difficulties in finding job after their graduation can easily be found anywhere in our daily life, especially on campus. 不管是答辩未通过、挂科，或是四级未过等其他原因，未能如期授予学士学位是个非常遗憾的事情。对读研或求职工作单位很好的毕业生来说，缺少学位证很可能无法通过材料审核，错失不少机会。

小西读大学时，当时学校明文规定，要求必须通过英语四级才能拿到学位证。隔壁法学院的学生会会长、大学生挑战杯一等奖等荣誉满身的朋友，已通过竞赛拿到推免本校资格后，却因毕业时四级未过而被拒读研和授予学位，仅给了毕业证。

之前，还有部分同学是毕业之前处分在身，如考试作弊等，在毕业前观察期未过，也是无法正常授予学位的。不过，部分学校会在考察期过后，或者挂科重修合格后，顺延一年和下届学生一起授予学士学位，补发学位证的（就是延期一年毕业）。

不过，一些特殊的情况是，毕业生的学位已符合授予条件，但是因某些因素被学校"扣"下来的，是可以回学校拿回学位证的。比如，学校因学生欠学费、住宿费（非助学贷款），违规扣留学生的毕业证、学位证的事情常有发生。之前不少考生通过举报等途径顺利拿回双证，但是欠费也会进入个人征信系统的，同样是不应该的。

和我们大学时不同，2016年1月1日起，需颁发的博士、硕士和学士学位证书由学校自行设计印刷。毕业生个人可在学信网中核实自己的学历、学位状态。不管是什么原因未拿到学位证的，只要系统内显示已有学位证书编号等信息的，也许就差学校打印证书。

往年不少同学的违法行为是不能做的，比如通过修改同学的学位证书扫描件中的学位证书编号、姓名、专业等信息，自行打印学位证的。尽管迫切需要这份学位证书，如考研报名审核、工作单位审核等，这样的造假行为真的不能做，影响一生的。

其实，遇到这类情况，最该做的一件事是和辅导员进行沟通。辅导员对于学校内的政策、条例比较熟悉，之前也经历过毕业生未拿到学位证的案例，相信会给你一些不错的建议。实在不行，部分单位还是认可学校出具的一些证明，辅导员也可以帮忙解决。

有个细节，之前是无法补办学位证、毕业证的（自己丢失双证原件）。但是，在学校自行设计打印双证后，政策就有了一些变动。不少学校有发布具体的补办流程，挺繁琐的，丢证后着急的情绪在知晓能补办后也会平息不少。

在你尝试解决没有学位证的问题时，有些套路还是得会的，比如去找教务处老师咨询，起码的敲门后进入、"老师，您好"这样的问候语等得有。其他的，小西已经说的很透彻，在具体操作中自己灵活把握很重要。

对于即将进入大学的学生来说，在学生个人信息系统中查看自己已修满的学分，尤其是选修课学分非常重要，避免影响最终毕业和学位授予。部分挂科的科目，跟着下届学生认真学习，只要不是缺课严重和不交作业，授课老师给的平时分不低，考试合格的难度不大。
